We are pleased to announce that Maik Lander has assumed sole management of the company with immediate effect.
Maik Lander, who holds a degree in biotechnology and chemical engineering, brings more than fifteen years of experience in the medical device industry. Since February 2026, he has been responsible for the strategic and operational development of Institut Virion\Serion GmbH and as of May 1, 2026, has taken over sole responsibility for the company’s management.
With this decision, the company is strengthening its management structure and establishing clear lines of responsibility for its future strategic development.
