Effective February 1, 2026, there will be a change in the management of our company.
Mr. Christian Naegel, who has been successfully working as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in our company for many years, will be appointed to the management board. At the same time, Mr. Maik Lander will join the management board as an additional member.
Mr. Lander has more than fifteen years of experience in the medical device industry. Together with Dr. Judith Stuermer and Mr. Naegel, he will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of the company.
Our long-standing managing director, Dr. Stuermer, who played a key role in building and shaping the company together with the late founder, will be stepping down on April 30, 2026. From May 1, 2026, Mr. Naegel and Mr. Lander will jointly take over the management as co-CEOs.
For our customers and partners everything essential will remain unchanged: We will continue to stand for high product quality, innovative strength, and reliable delivery. The usual procedures will also remain in place.
